Shipping Policy – LiveWell DME

What is Standard Shipping?

Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use either FedEx or UPS to ship your package, based on speed and cost-effectiveness. This service is free within the continental United States (excluding Kentucky, Arizona, Oregon, Utah, Arkansas, New Hampshire and Idaho).

LiveWell DME also ships select products internationally. International shipping charges are calculated by FedEx and UPS and will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping, import, and brokerage fees assessed by FedEx International or their local customs authority.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 11:30 AM EST/EDT, Monday–Friday, will typically ship the same day using the selected shipping method.
Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST/EDT, Monday–Friday, or anytime on weekends, will ship the following business day.
Some orders may require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified, and the order will ship as soon as it becomes available. Please note: All expedited delivery calculations are based on business days only.

How much does shipping cost?

LiveWell DME offers free standard shipping (estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days) on all orders over $100.00.

Customers may upgrade to FedEx Expedited, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Day shipping at an additional cost. To view these rates, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier when free shipping is selected.
